4. Payments and Billing
All services are provided based on agreed pricing and payment terms. A partial advance payment may be required before the project begins. Remaining payments must be cleared as per milestones or before final delivery. Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed delivery, restricted access, or suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
After full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. However, UrbanMarketing retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets used remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Revisions and Modifications
We offer a limited number of revisions as part of the agreed project scope. Minor changes are accommodated, but major modifications, additional features, or scope changes may require extra charges and updated timelines. All revision requests must be clearly communicated.
7. Project Timelines and Delivery
We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by project complexity, client-side delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues. We will keep clients informed about any changes or delays throughout the process.
8. Quality Assurance
Every project goes through testing and quality checks to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance. While we strive to deliver error-free solutions, minor issues may occur and will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe after reporting.
9. Limitation of Liability
UrbanMarketing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and content.
